Wayne Pediatrics is a small independent pediatric practice conveniently located in Wayne, in the heart of the Philadelphia's Main Line.
It was created in 1991 by two pediatricians whose beliefs ran counter to the trend towards ever-larger group practices. They continue to believe that practices above a certain size tend to remove the personal relationship which should exist between doctor and patient, and can easily transform medical care into a ‘production line’.
Both founding physicians continue this philosophy in managing Wayne Pediatrics today - each has over 30 years experience in pediatric care.
Dr. Hilary Field attended medical school in England, and completed her residency and fellowships in London, where she obtained the UK equivalent of Board Certification. In 1981 she became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians. She founded Wayne Pediatrics in 1991 in partnership with Dr. Mooreville. She has three grown children, including twins.
Dr. Ruth Mooreville attended medical school in Israel, then completed her pediatric training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, obtaining Board Certification. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. After working for 9 years at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in their pediatric clinic and supervising medical students, she founded Wayne Pediatrics with Dr. Field. She has three grown children.
Jessica Rosen-Preis, MD
 Dr. Jessica Rosen-Pries is a Board Certified pediatrician who received her medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, and completed her residency at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital, becoming a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatics. She practiced general pediatrics in New York City for four years before moving to Pennsylvania and joining a suburban private practice. After the birth of her first child, she is joining Wayne Pediatrics as its third physician.

Ashley is our Registered Nurse. One of the founding members of our team, she recently rejoined us, and her cheerful smile is well-known to many of our long-standing patients and their parents.
Kim is responsible for our Front Desk, as well as being a Medical Assistant. Up front, she'll help you with appointments, and make sure that administrative matters are handled smoothly and quickly. You'll also find her back in the Exam Rooms helping the physicians in clinical care.

 Stacey(left) and Karly (right) are our Medical Assistants. They assist the physicians with shots and measurements. You'll also encounter them at the Front Desk, helping to check you in, making appointments and helping with all administrative details.

Steve (not shown) is responsible for all back-office functions and administration.
