Remember to bring your child(ren)'s Insurance Card(s) with you on each visit. These will be scanned to ensure accuracy in billing your insurance. Any copayments must be paid at the time of your visit, and may not be billed to you. It is essential to keep us updated with any changes to your insurance coverage... you will become personally liable for any charges which are denied by your insurance plan because the time limit for their submission has expired.
